Terms of Service

1) The service

SeeSeen enables users to share posts, comments, media, and activity information on or around a map. Features may change over time, and service availability may vary by device, app version, region, or moderation status.

2) Prohibited content and conduct

• You must not post, distribute, or promote false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Harassment, abuse, hate speech, stalking, threats, disclosure of personal data, spam, scams, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts are strictly prohibited.
• Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, immediate suspension, or account termination.

3) Accuracy of information and fraud prevention

• SeeSeen is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information posted by users.
• All user-generated content, including posts, comments, activity details, and location markers, should be independently verified at your own discretion.
• Beware of fake accounts, scams, and phishing attempts. Never share sensitive personal information, banking details, payment information, or verification codes.
• If anyone requests money or personal data under claims such as event registration, guaranteed spots, purchases, investments, dating, or group access, exercise caution and use report or block functions immediately.

4) Location, safety, and map boundary notice

• If you enable location services, location information attached to content may become visible to other users. You must manually choose whether to display a location when posting.
• SeeSeen does not automatically upload your live location in the background merely because the app is installed or open. Location is used according to the mode you choose for a specific post or activity flow.
• When meeting others or participating in activities, you are solely responsible for evaluating risks and taking appropriate safety measures, including choosing public places and informing trusted contacts.
• SeeSeen may visually indicate the selected location source, such as a solid border for device location and a dashed border for map-center or searched-location posts. These indicators are for reference only, may not be fully accurate, and do not confirm physical presence or continuous tracking.
• National, administrative, or regional boundaries displayed on the map are provided for visual reference only. They may include manually prepared, self-drawn, imported, or third-party source materials compiled for this service.
• Because of data limitations, scaling differences, simplification, projection differences, or delayed updates, these boundary overlays may contain inaccuracies or omissions. They are not official boundary determinations, and SeeSeen assumes no responsibility for misunderstanding, disputes, or losses arising from reliance on them.

5) Activity feature

• Activities are created and joined voluntarily by users. The platform only provides information display and interaction tools and makes no guarantees regarding the authenticity, safety, legality, or fulfillment of any activity.
• Participation may involve offline meetings, travel, outdoor environments, or interaction with strangers. You assume all associated risks.
• If you encounter danger, threats, harassment, fraud, or an emergency, cease interaction immediately and contact local emergency services. Emergency numbers vary by country and region, and SeeSeen cannot provide real-time rescue or emergency intervention.

6) Blocking, reporting, enforcement, and automated assistance

• You may block other users or report inappropriate content or behavior at any time. We review reports within a reasonable timeframe and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access.
• You acknowledge that moderation may not be immediate, and the platform cannot guarantee prevention of all misconduct before it occurs.
• SeeSeen may use automated systems, including AI, to detect violations, prioritize safety signals, and process reports. These systems may involve errors or delays.
• We may take precautionary measures, such as temporarily hiding content or restricting accounts, when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, or compliance.

7) Personal responsibility, lawful use, and limitation of liability

• You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including posts, messages, activity creation, invitations, participation, offline interactions, and transactions.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate use that violates these terms or applicable law.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers and affiliated entities of SeeSeen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including activity disputes, offline incidents, fraud losses, reputational harm, data loss, or service interruptions.
• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

8) Data retention, removal, and service records

• Content that violates these terms may be removed without prior notice.
• Content posted by non-subscribed users may be periodically cleared, while subscribed members' content may be retained according to the applicable subscription plan.
• We may retain necessary logs, reports, moderation records, and evidence as required by law or reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

9) Changes to these terms and contact

• These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
